Why not use ILE? Create an RPG module and a CLLE module. Have the RPG
module call the CL module to do the setup.

Bind together to form a program. Even better, create a service program.
Faster.

You are not calling a CL program that calls an RPG program. CLLE will be
bound in and called from RPG.
