The catalog view SYSTABLES will return these information Column TABLE_TYP:
P=Physical File, T=SQL Table, L=Logical File, V=SQL View, A=Alias, M=MQT

I think I have asked this before, but what is the system view that shows if a file is DDS versus DDL described?

I searched the archives but couldn't find the info.
