The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I received an off-list message questioning giving users access to SYSCATALOG. This was my original concern, but the consensus here disagreed.
Another point to remember is that the IBM client is hard-coded to hit SYSCATALOG, so this would require an exit program to redirect the query to a different view with the same layout.
