Along that line of thinking since the error happened during a save, and the system was forced with the control panel, might there be damaged objects, specifically library objects?

Ali: you don't mention what level of OS or anything else about the environment.

Every time that I have seen this message it has been because of either a
missing job description, or a job description that contains a library
that has been deleted. You should have a few QZSCSRVS jobs running in
the QUSRWRK subsystem. See if the logs for those jobs give you a clue.
