The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
On your restart, check QSYSOPR and QHST for a job/process that may have started, then ended.
If you're having multiple issues, I would do another IPL, ensure all jobs start normally.

Hello guys
Please have a look at my problem below and advise need immediate help
System Restart from main panel due to backup job hanged in middle on
message waiting after restart the client access service for windows not
working and its gives following Error CWBLM0031 - FAILURE, A DATA
CONVERSION ERROR WAS RETURNED BY HOST SERVER RC=1 2 RC2- =21 We have a
valid client access license and its working before
