We must have been bitten by that MF99202.
In May we applied a series of PTF's where this one was included. It took a
dramatic long time to IPL and SRC B6000103 showed up. When I was calling in
to IBM support it finally continued and I ended the support call. After
that we experienced no further problems with IPL and I neglected to find
out what had happened.

IBM is really putting the notice out (if you've signed up for notices)
about a defective PTF which may bite you in the butt during an IPL.
Basically if you have 5770999-MFsuchandsuch on,
and only have 5770SS1-SIsuchandsuch on,
and do not have it's fixing ptf 5770SS1-SIsuchandsuch
you are at risk

This is only true for 15 of our 15 lpars.
