Subject: Jumping into XML on the AS/400

Hi everyone
Before I forget - we are on v7r1

Things are relatively quiet at the moment, so I am trying to take advantage
of that to learn new things - well - new to me anyway So I am looking into
XML I have a physical file that I attempted the following SQL on

SELECT
XMLROW(PCAT as "Catalogie_code", PPRICE as "Price", PSUFFX as "Suffix",
PSKUNO as "Product_Nbr")AS XML_ROW FROM hbmofa.pricep

But what is displayed back is nothing but a list containing the same word
repeated over and over again That word is

*POINTER

I tried to google this - but found nothing What am I doing wrong

On the same note - if anyone knows of any web pages that they can recommend
for XML on the AS/400 - it would be appreciated
