No. You'll need to run once with *SERVICE and once with the virtual optical drive you've mounted the catalog containing the *IMAGE images in.

I've not tried it so I suspect you'll probably need an IPL in the middle and as a consequence I would do *SERVICE first as those PTFs are older.

Have you checked and verified that the ptfs in QGPL Save Files are indeed NOT included in the *IMAGEs downloaded?
