Subject: Re: Group PTF SF9703 Level 4 applied

This is showing you both your current and previous level. This is normal.

You can prompt the command and select *LATEST if you only want to see the current level.

This behavior has been since i 6.1.

We are on IBM I V7R3.

I just applied the PTF Group for SF99703 (DB2 For IBM i). We were at
PTF level 3 and now we have level 4.

I am curious though, when I do a WRKPTFGRP I see both SF99703 Level 3
and
SF99703 Level 4.

I expected just to see SF99703 level 4.

Is this expected . that I would see the PTF Group listed twice?

Opt PTF Group Level Status

SF99730 16299 Installed

SF99729 20 Installed

SF99725 3 Installed

SF99703 4 Installed

SF99703 3 Installed

Thanks for any input.
