So, the OP wanted to know if there was a system view which would show if a
file was created from DDS or DDL.

First, you may often see that on a PF with DSPFD. Ones created with DDL
will show

Data Base File Attributes
Externally described file . . . . . . . . . : Yes
SQL file type . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : TABLE

While ones created with DDS will not show "SQL file type".

But, back to the OP's question, see the following:

Table_Type,
System_Table_Name,
System_Table_Schema
From qsys2.systables
Where System_Table_Schema = 'ROB'
Order by System_Table_Name
