Please define " Looks like I can't print an overlay with colors..."

What happens, what error, how did you create the overlay, what afp printer
do you have on the pc that generated the overlay (it has to be color
capable..)?
Also - *AFP - do you mean *AFPDS?
Many of us have printed color overlays for many, many years.

Looks like I can't print an overlay with colors using *AFP and host print
transform.

I'm looking at vendor solutions now. We have existing printing applications
that have overlays and text mixed from RPG, etc. We also have some
specialized forms with JPG's on the top half of the page and overlays and
text at the bottom. We would need to print those in color as well.

Looking for recommendations on solutions.
