I was performing a non disruptive firmware upgrade on one of my systems
when it error'd out (I failed to record the error).
Now that HMC can no longer talk to this Power 8. But it can talk to two
other Power 8's.
The other HMC can talk to this system just fine.

So I figure no big deal, just restart the HMC. So I go into HMC
Management and tell it to restart.
It doesn't seem to recover...
Alternates between white on black text screens with words like
"Initializing system" and that genre. For over 45 minutes...

IBM calls "did you have a firmware issue?". I tell them yes.
They suggest waiting 5 more minutes then trying the power button

Now the screen is stuck on
(0x10) IMM kernel loading

Not a good day.
