RPG will automatically block some non-primary/secondary files too, and put out the braggy message about doing blocking.

There are some opcodes, such as CHAIN, that will prevent the compiler from automatically blocking, but you can code BLOCK(*YES) on the file to get it to do blocking even if you use CHAIN and SETLL. There are a few opcodes that prevent blocking, like READE; if you code BLOCK(*YES) on a file that uses one of those opcodes, you'll get a compile-time error.
