I have a DDS PF that is keyed on a character field that contains only numerics. I have a DDL PF that has a primary key over a numeric type column. I'm trying to create a referential constraint, with the DDS PF being the parent.

Changing either of the PF's is not an option. I'm wondering about creating a derived field in the DDS PF, but I'm not sure if that's even possible. Any thoughts?

Thanks
