DIRSRV is Directory Server. - the LDAP server on IBM i.

A google for QDIRSRV got me lots of hits - the 2nd one was "Troubleshooting Directory Server".

Parent topic in Knowledge Center is "IBM Tivoli Directory Server forIBM i(LDAP)" within TPC/IP applications.
