A redirect command can't take effect for the same level as the call.
Same as for updating System Variables.
So to redirect for a QSH script, set the redirect commands on the call
to the script from a wrapper script that can also set up the files for
redirection if appropriate.
such as Foo script called from Bar script
Foo 1>>stdout.txt 2>>stderr.txt
caters for all stdout and errors from Foo
