When I call my service program I get an activation mark and a procedure
address.

When I delete the service program and recreate it, I get a new different
activation mark and a different procedure address.

Run again and don't delete the service program between calls and I get the
same activation number and procedure address.

Your assertion that RSLVSP returns a new object pointer when services
programs are recreated and updated makes sense, intuitively. However, when
I used debug to display the code, the old code appeared instead of the new.
I should return and do more testing, based on your assurances.
