Are you downloading the ca as the actual user? The key data base can be user based or set for all users under windows.

The doc you reference was for Windows XP.

Verify they have only one .kdb under Public. C:\Users\Public\Documents\IBM\Client Access\

Subject: issues configuring Access for Windows to use Secure Sockets - CWBCO1050 - system certificate is not trused

I'm trying to enable iSeries Access for Windows to use Secure Sockets on a co-workers PC.
Following the instructions from this link.
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1019336

After downloading and importing the CA , PC still give the same error.
I vaguely remember an old issue where the PC had an old, incorrect CA, which had to be deleted from PC.

Anyone experience similar issue, with a resolution.
