Rob,
Exactly, The keys are tied to either the warranty on the machine or the
maintenance agreement if the warranty is over o the machine was a MES
upgrade.
Until a new contract is inked and dry, no UAK keys.

So, I followed the instructions to go to ESS and get a new UAK. However
they are the same ones which will expire in a few months. How do you get
new ones?

I modified the script IBM provided to return all managed systems an HMC
"controls"

(all on one line)
for m in $(lssyscfg -r sys -F name); do echo $m ; lslic -m $m -F
mtms,update_access_key_exp_date ; done
