I guess mount/unmount file systems apply to UDF. NFS meeds TCP/IP and
option 21 puts system on restricted state.
I think you need to unmount NFS shares manually for a smooth backup

Justin, been some time since I did NFS. I recall seeing systems hang at
times with NFS still running. I used to end the NFS servers before 21
saves, then restart them afterwards.
