If they want it for V5R4 (seriously? - A vendor?) then you won't be able to
do it in one step. You can only save back two levels. So if you are on V7.2
the earliest you can save to is V6.1. So you'll have to save to V6.1 or V7.1
- restore it on a system with the appropriate release level, and then save
and restore agin to get it back to V5R4.

But if these are "system files" are they going to be valid on an old release
anyway?
