What am I doing with an after read trigger?
Well, trying to see if Vendor B of an HA replication solution is having
the same issues as Vendor A does. So using field procs and/or journal
scanning won't help me there.

Why do I want to do it with SPL vs RPG?
Well, it would be much easier to get Vendor B to run a SQL statement than
it would be to get them to code a RPG program. Although I may have to
send them a simple RPG program. Then you have to deal with the paranoia
of "is it safe?".
