Error 3426 ECONNRESET.

We are having printers stop that are started at IPL and stay active after
printing. It is producing a job log and reporting the 3426 error with
ECONNRESET.

The simplest explanation I read from Scott Klement is that you are on the
phone with someone and they hang up on you.

What complicates this is that the network people have said it is our
problem. I don't know if there is anything we can do on the device
configuration side to keep this from happening, I would think not.

Not sure though what I would tell the network person what needs to be done
if they would consider changing or checking anything.

Started and attached to an out queue with the same name. QWCSWTRS starts it
in the startup program.
