Mapped drives to IBM i

Did you check the obvious . . .that the user says when he created the Mapped Drive, that he did NOT indeed save the password.
The old password and now on April 1 the new password does not work . . .

Two quick fixes.

1) Do not use mixed case passwords. Confirm the user in question is
not mixed case.

2) Network security: LAN Manager authentication level" Change the
value to "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated"
