I'm not seeing the strange names myself.

I navigated through the ACS support page, signing in, clicking and
unclicking the right boxes with the help of my lawyer, and then it brought
me to the following link, in case that helps:

So are you and Jim telling me that you DID NOT see those dumb names? I've
tried again and those feel cases show up every time.

I'm sure that if I clicked it would download something - but I have no
