If the pin is just an "X" that normally means you're using the wrong URL
for the image of the pin.

I actually just put together an article on how to do this with RPG and
jQuery:

The image I use is a little green ping:

Here's a list of markers:

What img source are you using for the pin(s)?

Hi All, (Cross posted from Java group)

I know this is not part of this group but hoping someone can give me some
guidance off list.

I know very little about HTML but got a Google map with markers to display.

I create the HTML doc on the IFS from my RPG pgm to display a Google Map
internally.

The user wants different sizes and colors of pins (based on sales) to be
used for markers.

That all works fine.

My issue is in trying to create a legend of the pins.

The legend displays with the text of the pin, but the pin itself is just
an X.

I have spent way too long trying to figure this last part out.

Please reply to me directly if you have knowledge in this area and are
willing to give me some guidance.

I have posted on a few Google Map, HTML and other forums with NO responses.

I will send you my code.

Thanks!!!
