You could also visit http://code.midrange.com where you could post source code, and then send an e-mail to these lists, containing the generated URL that points to that source...

Or you could contact the folks who run http://www.think400.dk -- they have a "Downloads" area where users can contribute code, etc., and then you can post a link to that ...
