Actually I think Glenn was referring to an actual ILE program running in
the DFTACTGRP by having DFTACTGRP(*NO) ACTGRP(*CALLER) and being called by
an OPM or DFTACTGRP(*YES) program.

AFAIK, there's no reason a DFTACTGRP(*YES) program would need to be
differentiated from a true OPM program.
