With a Vpn Ithink you would be better off with an ACS printer definition.

If you think you have the spool file right, try emailing yourself the spool
file or view it with ACS. If you need an email package Bvstools.com lets
you try and maybe buy. Brad has said he's ok with that kind of usage.

Is your printer definition setup as *AFPDS? Do you want sample code or
device configs? I currently generate spool files with two GIF;s, an
overlay and text. Setting up laser or inkjet printers was the easy part,
but I wasnt on VPN.
