Very recent discussion on the list. Holy war.

In a mixed shop (DDS and SQL) I tend to put it in QDDSSRC so that those
who may be a little long in the tooth can find it.

Some argue that source is a dangerous thing to keep around as someone may
have ran an ALTER TABLE and failed to update the source so one should no
longer keep source.
A counter argument is that there are rare situations in which the original
table may have been gone long enough to have cycled out of your backup
tapes and you can no longer do a "retrieve definition" of it.
