I have never created a pre-start job with child processes. Does
anyone have an example they can share? In looking at the give and

process and later hand off a connection?

I have precisely zero experience with prestart jobs, but our CRM application is based on persistent connections, and uses child servers (with a double-handoff, so that a verification job can take the socket, process the sign-on, and then hand it off to a child server that runs 100% under the user's own profile) to process them.

I can't imagine why a prestart job wouldn't be able to spawn a job and then hand off a socket to it.
