Sorry, I forgot to specify that I wanted to do this in a program and then
take an action based on if it was single threaded or not.

I know that the max jobs for a job queue are defined when it is added to

subsystem, but is there any way to determine what subsystem it is

attached

to and if it setup for a single active job at a time or multiple?
