WELL NOw that depends on how you read IBM's documentation.

One school says exactly what you say here. And that *IS* where you'll get the QSYSOPR message that indicates you are out of compliance. Makes sense.

*HOWEVER*

Other documentation and discussion with IBM indicates what they Really Meant was Concurrent Users. So not 25 enabled profiles but 25 active persons signed onto the machine. Not sessions because one person could have many of those but 25 live bodies using the system.

So how do you count that? Raise hands? Count toes and divide by 10? Because you cannot do it with what IBM has in place on the system. You can see the discussion here:
