The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

The issue is usually that the command channel timed out, not the actual transfer, but it will then abort the transfer. Try using SSH instead or sFTP which is FTP over SSH. Only one channel connected so it does not timeout.

That sounds about right. The transfer seems to be running during the 5
minutes and it even looks like it is ending normally, but no file received
when it's over.
