Google: I was already signed on into Service Request. I went into Fix
Central. I select operating systems and that's when I got
Error 500: javax.servlet.ServletException: readProfileByIBMUniqueID
exception retrieving profile for IBMUID 1000000337
When I start out fresh in IE I get a window which says:

- Fix Central currently has an issue when signing in. You may see a 500
error. We apologize and are working to resolve as soon as possible.
