You wouldn't happen to be running on a guested LPAR would you ?

I've seen instances where multiple NWSDs present the same virtualised tape
drive from the host partition and you see the same device name multiple
times.

From the WRKCFGSTS screen do an option 8 on both.
From the next screen do 9=Retrieve source, each to a different member.

Compare the member for differences.
Vary them off. Delete them. Rebuild them. If you've done 9=Retrieve
source then you'll be ready to recreate.
