We're seeing the migration to Office 365 as well by many customers for email based processed.

Time to bypass gold old MSF and put him out to pasture.

I don't know if Pete was and IBM Business Partner, but if he was and his product was registered in the Global Solutions Directory I don't believe IBM would have said "hey, we have an ISV that can help save a LOT of time!"
instead of offering the timeframe they did.

Even though IBM has us ISVs register our software and keep it sort of up to date in their Global Solutions Directory Listing, they still seem to have zero interest in sending customers our way or even use it as a resource themselves.

I've seen this specifically with IBM i customers moving to Office 365 for email. IBM's SMTP won't handle that (without some serious rigging, a PC proxy, etc), but instead of sending them my way (or to any other ISV with a viable solution) they give them a quote for so many hours to help "solve the problem".

Go figure. :)
