O.k. First, thanks to everyone who offered help. I tried a bunch of
different things, so if I ever needed to replicate this effort for another
server, I'd be pretty much back to square 1. But, I think, the magic
command was MKDIR. Also, Richard was correct about the Windows and i user
matching. We have a generic user profile we use for this, so I'll have to
use the USER parameter on the SBMJOB command. And, just to be clear, I
tried it and it works.

Also, we'll change the QSTRUP program to include the MKDIR for this server.
