Have you connected to the machine via ssh first? That will ask you to cache the remote server's host key, which is what this looks like.

This is saying that the host server's key (the destination system you're
connecting to) has changed from what it was when you previously connected
to it. If you did not use the -b switch on sftp, it would probably give
you a big banner warning about this. Someone may have changed the host key
on the system you're connecting to or it's possible someone is doing a
Man-in-the-Middle. I would check with whoever runs SUITESFTP.EMARSYS.NET
to validate that their host key is really

To remove the old key run:
ssh-keygen -R SUITESFTP.EMARSYS.NET
Then the next time you connect, it will ask you to validate the host key
is valid and store it in the .ssh/known_hosts file for verification on
subsequent connection attempts.
