You'll find what you need here: http://www.petesworkshop.com/downloads/MobileAppDemo.zip I had put together a presentation for the Michigan Users group and I think the stuff I did for the article was used for the presentations. So, I can't guarantee that it is all there, but it looks pretty complete.

Mobile app development has moved forward quite a bit in the past 5 years though. Hybrid apps and native apps are fading and giving way to web apps (as I predicted 5 years ago), particularly PWA's. So, I would guess it is time to blow the dust off of these ancient demos and get them current. Especially since iProDeveloper no longer maintains the stuff...
