The apache instance for Zend Server will be in /www/zendsvr6/*

In there you'll find three directories, conf, htdocs, and logs. Explore
conf. You find the .conf file s that Zend server uses.

Inside HTDOCS you'll find the index.html.

Right, I meant we don't have a license for any paid Zend features.

I can't get to the control panel from that URL. Our Zend is installed from
root @ /www/zendsvr6. Should there be an index.html or .php somewhere in
that directory?

Thanks again.

Well I don't know what PHP you are running if not Zend <grin>

If you go to yourSystemName:10080/ZendServer/ you should be taken to
the control panel which at some point you'll need particularly if
working with Wordpress.

From there you can also set up PHPMyAdmin which you'll find a useful
tool for setting authorities, backing up tables, etc. With a tool like
WP the "database" - if such it can be called - probably holds no
interest as far as using it from RPG or SQL is concerned, but that
interface also makes it easy to change the underlying DB storage
engine so that you could switch to using the DB2 storage engine if
desired for software where you do want to share the data.

I have a working PHP Apache instance. We don't really use Zend as

When I go to

see
the
page to enter the DB connection details.

When I enter the correct info, I get the page Error establishing a
database connection

If I create a wp-config.php file, it tells me it already exists.

Thanks for the quick response.

Jack can you be a bit more precise about " it's not working." -
that really doesn't help.

Can you see the Zend Server control panel?

Can you see a regular HTML page when using this Apache server instance?

When you try to launch WP what happens? Does it show you the setup
page
or
???
