Can you add COD CPU on a capped lpar? If I can add it how?

When I look at the lpar processor add/remove I see 4.35 available proc units.

I see 0.1 processing units minimum 3.0 assigned 48 maximum
I see 1 virtual processor 3 assigned 48 maximum

Uncapped weight is NOT checked.

When I look at the partition profile it shows processing mode shared
Total managed system processing units 34
