I'm kind of busy, and although I'd love to work on this more just to
understand those olap functions better, I just don't have the time. One
ugly thought is to add a constant to the mix and have that be your highest
order.
GROUP BY CUBE( 'A', WEEK(SALES_DATE), DAYOFWEEK(SALES_DATE), SALES_PERSON
)
