Something like this perhaps?

Select
A.OBJNAME, MAX(B.Change_Timestamp)
From
Table(QSYS2.OBJECT_STATISTICS('*ALL','*LIB')) AS A
Cross Join
Table(QSYS2.OBJECT_STATISTICS(A.OBJNAME,'*ALL')) AS B
Group by A.OBJNAME
order by MAX(B.Change_Timestamp) desc, a.objname
;

In your case you might want to add something like
having days(current date) - days(max(b.change_timestamp)) > 60
to accept only those libraries with nothing changed within the last 60
days.

Start this command before you walk away to freshen your coffee. And plan
on not using that session of Run SQL Scripts right away upon your return.
