Google is your friend:

For Carsten's code, start here, and follow through the 5-part series:
http://iprodeveloper.com/rpg-programming/apis-example-new-data-queue-attributes-and-new-data-queue-command
Note that you most likely will need to use the Print button at the bottom
of each article to be able to read the source code in the article without
having to scroll right to read it.

Craig's data queue code is found in his Tools at www.jcrcmds.com

Subject: RE: Are data queues reliable?

Remember a Data Queue is really just an inheritance object of another
class called User Queue.

You've used Job Queues, output queues, etc, correct? Are they reliable?
The only issue is when the development around the queue has issues and
that's purely a development problem. If you go get Carsten's code and
Craig's code and use them you will be delighted with the speed and
versatility of the data queue.
