Please tell me what attribute that is you are looking for.
I just want to confirm that a file name entered through the CMD
interface is actually the name of an existing physical source file as
asked for. I can't use either RTVMBRD nor RTVFD because both of these
will throw an error if the physical source file has no members in it. But
having no members does not disqualify the file name. That is why I went
to the API.
