Any suggestions as to the cause of this?

I'd be curious what your results are if you SSH into your IBM i and run the
same commands. Or at least use CALL QP2TERM and not QSH.

First I extended the PATH variable in my .profile file:

export PATH=$PATH:/QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/Node/bin

The new PATH displays ok in QSH

but a basic node command like: node -v fails with error: "qsh: 001-0078
Process ended by signal 5"

I also tried running the export command within qsh but still got the same
result.

However when I set the working directory to /QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/Node/
bin

and reran node -v it worked and displayed the version correctly.

Any suggestions as to the cause of this?

Thanks,

Keith
