DigitCert has a nice utility that you can run from their web page for internet facing SSL tests. It's free.

You can also download their Windows PC utility that you can run against internal sites. We use it to validate our certs, even for our iSeries.

I did verify the cert via browser with both IE and Chrome.
This only verifies port 443.
I was looking for test/verification for the non-HTTP apps listed in DCM with the cert assigned to them.
