A link gets created in /QOpenSys/usr/bin, but this is not on the default QSH PATH. Either use a PASE shell such as QP2TERM or SSH (preferred) , fully qualify /QOpenSys/usr/bin/node, or add /QOpenSys/usr/bin to the PATH in QSH.
