Hi to the Gurus,

Thank you for your responses. After some investigation it turned out, that
someone/something updated QUSRSYS/QAQQINI file. I found another (old) doc
similar to the one Jack posted:

All the records mentioned in this doc were added to the file, causing
issues with ASP. I compared it with a "working" partition's QAQQINI file.
Whoever done it, instead of doing a copy of it, then modifying that, he/she
simply has added those records the original file. I have also simply done
the reverse, by overwriting the file with the working file from another
partition. Now it works like a champ.
